Slaughterhouse-Five

Slaughterhouse-Five - Kurt Vonnegut I think there’s two ways to read Slaughterhouse-five (and I don’t think they’re mutually exclusive). It’s a scifi story – with alien abduction and time-slipping – and/or it’s a psychological novel about PTSD and the way in which we cope with extreme trauma. Either way, it's a worthwhile read for those interested in classic SF, although I was ultimately indifferent to the fate of poor Billy Pilgrim.
